Why Don't you have add to cart buttons for every single garter?
Victoria has created litterally 1000's of unique garters over the years.  The HCC site (CustomWeddingGarters.com) has probably most of them pictured on it. Victoria's EXTENSIVE garter site is an online portfolio.   It is here for all of you lovely people to be able to see her work and then place a custom order based on any of them.  ALL orders for garters from the this site are custom made and since the posibilities are nearly endless Victoria has found that "add to cart" buttons for each and every garter don't work very well here.  But what she does have is a custom order shop with add to cart buttons, for ordering your custom garter according to what theme & style  it is. 

Why is this site different than other online stores?
because the majority of sites on the net don't cater to TRULY custom orders. This website is a portfolio of the various work Victoria has done over the years. It is a large amount that is shown. You will not find it to be like your average web site on the internet.  Most have a number of products and then have "add to cart" buttons right next to them and then you can buy what you see.  But all the images shown on CustomWeddingGarters.com are previous orders - Examples - They are not pre-made and waiting to be shipped... so you can tweak and change any garter design you see to be what YOU want.  If you want a camo garter with a Pink satin band - you could... EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM MADE FROM SCRATCH.  :)  Therefore every garter image is categorized into a "style"  and depending what style the garter you like - you can find the price for it on the price page.  It really isn't that confusing once you get into it. ;)

I want my Custom Wedding Garter exactly like the picture - is my garter custom made?
YES Your bridal accessory will be created from scratch just like every custom wedding garter Victoria creates. Your order, whether it is totally different in color or, **exactly*** the same as the picture will be created from scratch just for you.  According to YOUR specifications - If your specs ask for it to be "just like the picture"  Victoria will cut the materials and create it just as you ask.  If your specs are for yours to be similar but with changes... she will cut the materials and create it just as you ask.  Everything ordered from Hand-Crafted Creations - Custom Wedding Garters is CUSTOM MADE to order.  So simply put - if you are requesting a garter to be made according to any specifications what so ever - it is totally custom made just for you. 

How do I order a garter set?
The majority of HCC garters are sold separately.  Victoria doesn't believe in making people pay for something they don't want.  So I generally she doesn't sell by "set" .  If you want a set - just find two designs you like - then see what style they   each are. Pay for the two styles you like and there you go - you will have a "SET" of garters that will be custom made for you. 

EXCEPTION - Occasionally Victoria does offer specials.  Any specials that may be running can be found on the specials page.

Do you include a free tossing garter?
 Normally , No.   Occasionally - yes ... sale info will be posted on the specials page .  If  Victoria does offer any "free-bee's" they will be the SAME great quality as all her custom made garters.  On most websites "free toss garter" means cheaply made - remember most things in life aren't "free".  But when Victoria offers any garter deal - the quality always remains the same.  In general she does not create cookie cutter garters that usually get tossed in the trash rather than to the crowd.  She does not beleive it would be wise to waste the materials and creation time in making 100's of "free" garters when many brides don't even do the garter toss. She conserves her time for custom orders. If you would like a toss garter you are more than welcome to purchase any design from the web site.

How am I sure you know what I want?
by filling out all of the custom details in the product pages at the shop.   If you want the item exactly like image - not much is needed in that area - but if you will be tweaking or mixing a few designs you will explain what you would like and then Victoria will personally reply to your details.  She will NEVER start work on an order that is questionable.  If there are details that are changed she will ALWAYS send you the details as she understands them, and ask for you to confirm if there are any corrections needed.  She is here to serve you and is dedicated to creating your personalized garter to your specifications :)

How do I confirm my order with payment?
You can do it a few different ways...
1) The shopping cart for credit card and Paypal payments: Once you have fill out the details and added everything to your cart that you want, just click the check out button and follow the onscreen directions from that point.
2) Invoice for Credit card & paypal payments:  If you aren't sure what to add to your cart - but would like to pay online,  I can send you a payment request for the total amount due for your order.  It will come in an email and you will be able to click on the link that will bring you to Paypal to send your payment. 
3) Postal mail-in payment: You are welcome to send either a Certified check or Money order for any order.  I will send you an invoice by email that you can print up, if you request it.

Can my order ship out ASAP?
YES - if you need a rush order - and time permitted to add you to the schedule book, It could ship out the very next day if actually needed.  As long as it is shipping to the same address that is on file with your credit card company.  The shipping address must match up for security purposes (read below to find out more about this)

My order can't be processed & the payment was denied - Why?
It is actually for everyone's protection.  It is an internet security feature to cut down use of stolen credit card numbers. When you send payment over the internet - this website's payment processor (Paypal) has security checks that help to insure that credit cards are used by the correct person.  The shipping address is compared to the credit card billing address on file with the card used.  If it matches up - the order can ship out any time, even the very next day if it was needed...  but if the address for shipping can't be verified - this puts a red flag on your payment.  We have adopted the policy of NOT processing any unverified (unconfirmed) address if it will need to ship less than 45 day credit cycle. So if your "needed by date" is less than 52 days away - it will have to ship to the address that is on file with your credit card company.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes - but this is ONLY if you have over 45 days for the payment to clear though the credit cycle.    If you have a later "need by date" There is no problem because as long as the credit cycle goes through with no report of stolen credit cards  your package can ship to any address you want it to.  It could ship to "Tin Buck Tuu"  if you really wanted that ;)
