Your Custom made garter is easy as long as the lines of communication
are open.
What
I need from you... Good Communication.
When doing custom work it is imperative that there is good communication. PLEASE
check your Email.
Sorry, orders can not be taken over the phone.
Please submit custom details by ordering from the website cart
that is run by "Kingcart".
"why
no phone orders?" Computer
is much BETTER than phone, because it gives us both a record of what
is discussed. Since this service is CUSTOM, details must be discussed
through email, in order to be sure that all customizations are correct.
I strive for the most personal and fast communication possible.
I always respond to inquires Monday, Tuesday, and Friday's (the computer
office hours). If you contact me on another day, I will be in
contact with you soon or on the next HCC business day.
What
you can expect: After you have browsed the site - you
will be able to go to the HCC custom order shop. The Shopping
cart is powered by "Kingcart" and credit card payments
are processed through Payapal. After you have submitted payment
with your custom order. I will contact you if there is a question
or details that are unclear.
I
will send you a confirmation of the style & color details only when
your full payment is received and any outstanding questions have been
answered. You need to look over the details and reply with any
corrections ASAP. If you fail to inform me of corrections to your custom
details, I will not be responsible. So Please read your order confirmation
details thoroughly - corrections are your responsibility.
Your
order will be scheduled for creation and Shipped out after it is created.
On your Order confirmation email/ receipt you will find your estimated
shipping date. When your creation is complete, you will receive a shipment
notice so that you can watch your mail. *
Please note that the shipping date, is NOT the date you are to
receive it. Please allow at least 1 week from the time your item
ships, to the time it may be received.(with the exception of faster
shipping upgrades) HCC is not responsible for postal delays. Express
mail delivery is available for the appropriate Express rush service
fee. Many times Express shipping is guaranteed overnight,
Next day (to major cities) But to certain towns it may be guaranteed
within 2 days - and NOT Next day. HCC is not responsible for this
Postal policy - it is the policy of the
United States Postal Office.
Concerning Rush orders - (You can read
details about rush service here) During certain times it is busier,
but it is a trust worthy saying "Good things come to
those who wait". Many lovely brides and their friends
order their custom bridal accessories by HCC, so I encourage you, (&
it is highly recommended) to confirm your order with your payment as
soon as you know what you want, this way there will be plenty of time
if there is a line of orders. (I do offer Rush order service
for customers who are short on time or want to have their order very
quickly) Unfortunately, if there is not adequate time to schedule
your order in with other orders that are already paid for, I may have
to turn you down. Please give your actual date to have the best
chance to be accepted. I do not over book my orders. I have never been
late for any of my customers and would like to keep it that way.
Custom service and reliability are important aspects to my business.
I want to give all customers the best product possible, so I limit the
amount of orders that will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding
and cooperation.
Mail-in
Postal payment orders are scheduled after payment is received.
Postal payment orders by mail may be requested,
and after you submit your order your details will be gathered and a
printable invoice will be EMAILED to you on the next HCC business
day. This invoice is to be printed and included with your mail
payment. Orders will be scheduled after your payment is
received. I CAN NOT save any spot for mail orders. They will be
filled only after payment gets here.

When you are
ready to send payment by credit card - your cart will be transfered
over to paypal. Security on Paypal is very high. You don't need any
Pay Pal account to use a credit card, but if you are a member, this
is where you log in. If you don't have an account with
Paypal this is not a problem. Just follow their easy steps and
you will be able to pay with your credit card in minutes.

We
accept various types of payment - Certified check, Money order, and
Credit cards through Paypal.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS - THEY WILL BE VOIDED AND RETURNED.
Refund
and Cancelation Policy
Refunds:
All sales are final - it is a custom order. Custom sized and colored
for you (Request a color swatch if you must be sure of matching.) so
once the materials have been ordered or cut and the process of creating
your order has begun there will be no refund.
Cancellation policy: Due to the nature of this service - it is only
possible to request to totally cancel your order within the first
week after payment. ( NOT including rush orders - Rush
orders can not be cancelled) This is because custom order
spots are saved & materials are purchased according to the custom
orders placed.
If
you need to cancel your order and your payment date is more than one
week ago, There are a few possible options.
1) If your order has been cut and started... there is just one option.
It will be created and shipped out as scheduled, I am not responsible
for cancelled weddings.
2)
If your order has NOT been cut or started... You can opt for either
100% Store Credit. (100% of your original purchase price can be put
toward any future order/s) or Opt for a partial refund of your
payment - minus a 15% cancellation/stocking fee (minimum $5.00) The
choice will be yours at the time of cancellation.

INFORMATION - NEVER EVER! WETHER VIA THE PHONE, WEBSITE OR EMAIL
- WE WILL NEVER ASK! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO ANYONE,
OR ANY SITE THAT MAY REQUEST IT IN OUR NAME. IF YOU RECEIVE ANY
EMAIL THAT APEARS TO COME FROM OUR COMPANY AND IS ASKING FOR SENSITIVE
INFORMATION - PLEASE DO NOT GIVE IT. IT IS NOT FROM HCCGARTERS!
IT IS NOT FROM HAND-CRAFTEDCREATIONS! PLEASE SEND A COPY OF THE

- Flat rate of $5.00 PER transaction - no matter how many garters or
Dress Tags - 1 or 10 or 30! - it's still just $5.00 - (MUST be paid
in ONE Transaction for $5.00 shipping) Other bridal
accessories will vary - shipping is based on size & weight.
This info is for the USA, And US territories. - If you live
in another country shipping / handling may vary.
NOTICE: If you place a large GARTER and/or Dress Tag ONLY order
and your shipping Calculates to more than $5.00 - the balance will be
refunded to you after I look over your order :)

You
may add on Insurance for $2.50 and up. (IT
IS HIGHLY RECOMENDED - AS THE POST OFFICE IS NOT PERFECT - PACKAGES
DO GET LOST) - covers up to $100.00 value (or more
if needed) - You have no recourse against Lost packages if you don't
have insurance . HCC is not responsible for postal delays and/or
losses.
ATTENTION
RUSH ORDERS - The post office insurance has a 30 day waiting period
for lost packages. They will not reemburse for packages
that make it within that time frame - even if they miss your date. So
Keep this in mind.
SECURE PAYMENT SHIPPING POLICY :
SHIPPING
ADDRESS:
At
the time of payment, your shipping address (including Name) should
be the same Name & address that your credit card bill has on file. If
you choose to have your order shipped to a different address you may.
HOWEVER, your order will ship out No Sooner than the
45 days credit cycle from your payment date, OR your
estimated shipping date - which ever is later.
NO
EXCEPTIONS: ALL orders that ship within 45 days of payment MUST
be verified. This means the shipping NAME
& ADDRESS MUST match your credit card billing address at the
time of your payment.
In
a nutshell, ANY order that will need to leave HCC sooner than
45 days after payment, has to ship to the same address that your credit
bill comes to. If your shipping address can not be verified at
the time you pay - your payment will be denied & the order will
not be processed. Sorry for any inconvenience.
You will only get one notice, no other email will be sent.

that we go by. It keeps down on internet fraud - something
we all want. Thank

What
can you do if your online payment was denied? You may
resend your payment a second time (if there is sufficient time for your
order) with the address that is on file with your credit card so it
can be verified. Or you may leave it as is and your order will remain
canceled.
